Q: Where are you based? Where do your items ship from?
A: We are based in Atlanta. Our items ship from our fulfillment center in Duluth, GA, USA--with the exception of kente cloth orders. Kente cloth orders are handmade to order and ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Kumasi, Ghana to the customer via DHL Express.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions and are calculated and displayed on the cart and checkout screens. Because kente cloth orders ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Ghana to you via DHL Express, we are unable to offer free shipping on kente cloth orders.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states

RETURN POLICY
Items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. For sanitary reasons, certain health and beauty items may not be eligible for returns unless it is damaged or defective. Grocery items are not eligible for returns. Kente cloth orders are made to order and are not eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect order is received. Once we receive your return item and inspect it, a refund will be issued immediately. At this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
