Q: Where are you based? Where do your items ship from?
A: We are based in Atlanta. Our items ship from our fulfillment center in Duluth, GA, USA--with the exception of kente cloth orders. Kente cloth orders are handmade to order and ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Kumasi, Ghana to the customer via DHL Ghana Express.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions and are calculated and displayed on the cart and checkout screens. We do offer free standard shipping on orders $75 or more. This excludes kente cloth orders because it ships directly from Ghana to the customer.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to all 50 U.S. states! At this time we only offer international shipping (shipping outside of the U.S.) for kente cloth orders, certain cosmetics products and Goldentree Chocolate. Customer is responsible for all import duties.
