Attieke (pronounced at-che-keh) is a traditional couscous made from ground cassava roots eaten by many Ivorians. The dish is prepared from fermented cassava pulp that has been grated or granulated. Often eaten with grilled fish, pepper sauce and a side salad or fried plantains.
