To cook or soften, boil or steam kenkey in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Wala Ga Kenkey is a perishable product. Please keep in mind that because kenkey is freshly made without any preservatives, the shelf life is only 3-4weeks. Store in a cool, dry area to prolong freshness. Once the seal has been broken, store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
