How do I request a refund or exchange?

What is your return policy?

Items that are in their original packaging, unopened and unused are eligible for refunds.

Because kente cloth orders are made to order, they are not eligible for a refund. Please ask as many questions as possible before placing your order.

Grocery items that are unopened, unused, have not expired since delivery, and do not expire within the next 30 days.

For sanitary reasons, some personal care items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Do you offer free returns?
At this time we do not offer free returns. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to receive my refund?

We process refunds as soon as we receive your return item and inspect it. However, it may take your bank 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

My return item was lost in the mail

If your item is lost in the mail, we will not be able to issue you a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to ship your return items via registered mail to ensure delivery.
