We are a marketplace. This means that not all items are sold directly by Ethnic District. Shipping, returns, refunds and exchange policies may differ from seller to seller. Please review the Shipping tab on the product page for specific returns, refunds and exchange policies for each product.

If you need help with an order placed with one of our third party sellers on ED, contact the seller directly on the product page. If you haven’t received a response from the seller within 48 hours, contact ED Support.


Return and Exchange Policy For Fulfilled By ED Orders

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused and in the original packaging. Simply follow these steps: 

Step 1
Submit a return/exchange request from your account page or by contacting ED Support. Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of merchandise delivery. Grocery/food items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Items that have expired after delivery are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Step 2
Pack and ship your unwanted merchandise to us. Merchandise must be received by Ethnic District within 21 days of purchase date. Ethnic District and its sellers are not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail during return. You will need to contact your shipping carrier for this. We strongly suggest that you ship your return items via certified mail to ensure delivery.

Step 3
Once your return/exchange merchandised has been received, we will inspect it and issue a full/partial refund or exchange (if applicable) within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow 7-10 days for refunds to reflect on your original method of payment.
