These are the general refund, exchange or cancellation policies that will be abided by if there isn’t a policy listed for the product/store.
Orders may be cancelled by the buyer up until the the order is marked as PROCESSING.
Items may be returned for a full or partial refund, as long as the item is returned to the seller in the same condition as it was sent and in the original packaging. The customer must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund. Once item has been received by the seller, buyer will receive a full or partial refund of the item depending on the reason for refund.

Buyer is responsible for any and all return item shipping charges including exchanges.
Sellers are not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail. You will need to contact the shipping carrier for this.
