Shipping Time Frame
Fulfilled By Ethnic District orders in the U.S. take 1-2 days to process then 3-5 business days to be delivered (APO/FPO included).
Fulfilled By Ethnic District orders outside of the U.S. or to APO/FPO outside the U.S.typically take 6-11 business days to be delivered in most major cities. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas and customs clearance. Customer will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.
Orders Fulfilled By ED Marketplace Sellers
Though we sell directly to consumers, we are also a marketplace. This means that our sellers are from all over the world, therefore, shipping times may vary from seller to seller.
To ensure an excellent shopping experience, please review the product shipping information located under the SHIPPING tab on the product page before you place your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment details, tracking information and estimated delivery date.
Sellers use various shipping carriers to deliver items to customers; please take note of the shipping method and company stated on your tracking details.
*** Customer is responsible for any and all international import or duty fees. Due to customs regulations, not all items are available for international shipping. Refusing to pay for import or duty fees as determined by the receiving country may delay or prohibit your package from being delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for any questions regarding import and duty fees. If an order is refused by the buyer or returned as a fault of the buyer, shipping charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. No exceptions.
If items need to be returned to the seller for a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated or marked as “free returns”.
Ethnic District and its sellers are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please contact the postal/shipping carrier for this.
